Digital Design Manager Gallery Direct (2016 - )
In my current role as Digital Design Manager at Gallery Direct (a furniture & décor supplier to the trade), I’m responsible for the entirety of the digital marketing communications and web design, including email marketing to 5.5k+ B2B customers and 30k+ B2C customers. I also produce a number of the annual product launch catalogues, as well as customer facing point of sale and assist in the setup and planning of annual trade shows.

As Lead Creative at Deramores (at the time the largest online retailer of knitting supplies in the UK), I managed a small design team, and lead projects including all in-house web and email. Highlights of my time at Deramores also include photography, marketing and pattern layouts as the official sponsor of the Innocent Drinks Big Knit smoothie hats, and worked in partnership with Coolabi to create official knitted Clanger patterns for the BBC.
